we will see. Lets see if the pound recovers. Lets see if expat status doesnt change. Lets see what happens to employment in UK. Lets see if expat Health cover changes. Lets see what happens to trade arrangements between UK and EU.

Brexit just means leaving the EU and can be interpreted any way.
Let's face it, all the promises made before the referendum were made by people in no position to actually deliver what they said.

The promises were made by proven liars who soon jumped ship when they realised what they had done

bit selfish attitude hobgoblin. Lots of expats rely on the UK paying for health cover in Spain and they paid the money in. Private Health gets very expensive older you get and more treatment you need. Pension conversion is very important to lots of expats, I know people who had to move here due to health and find things a struggle.

may seem selfish i look after me and my own first and don't worry about the rest.
i made sure i was financially sound and nothing would affect my life in spain.you should prepare for all eventualities.
the euro has been this low before so whats different this time?

Beware. Politicians say a lot and some of what they say, they say without conviction. Sound bites are powerful but are often empty. Remember Cameron's 'Big Society' Farage's '£350 million' and Osbourn's 'Emergency Budget'?

I think that May wants to leave a legacy and is being 'fair' to Brexit but I doubt that she'll risk her moment in history by switching on Article 50, if it won't work.

Has anyone ever considered how many hospital beds we could provide in UK with the €400 million wasted on a desalination plant built in Torrevieja which hasn't produced 1 single litre of water and a similar amount on a new Airport in Murcia where not 1 single plane has landed or taken off 2 years after being completed - all EU money (our money) and that's only in our area - .
There are undoubtedly dozens and dozens of similar failed projects throughout Europe dreampt up by unelected beaurocrats who are not held to account
