You have moved from Andalucia to Valencia and have not yet realised that Spain is not one country? It is not even a Federation of States. It is 17 separate regions who govern themselves. They have their own rules, their own parliaments, their own health regulations and, in some cases, their own police forces.
Moving from one part of the peninsular to the other is not like moving from Kent to Surrey, it is like moving from France to Germany except they all speak (loosely speaking) the same language. They have a common defence and border strategy but, apart from that, nothing else that is very much in common.
If you die in Andalucia, your widow pays a fortune in inheritance tax whereas in Valencia she'll pay virtually nothing.
Go 20k down the road to Murcia and you'll pay 7% transfer tax when buying a property but, here in Valencia, you'll pay 10% but go to Madrid and it's only 6%.
Funny old c̶o̶u̶n̶t̶r̶y̶ conglomeration of regions.

The latest, official updates from the Gov.UK website, noting: "the caveat that nothing is agreed until everything is agreed".

Quigley wrote:Everyone has an opinion on how the pros and cons of Brexit will effect UK and EU citizens. No one actually knows.
Therefore it's best to accept that nothing is agreed until all is agreed.

Couldn't agree more....well said Quigley

It looks like a case of "who needs needs enemies when we have friends like the EU"

If they want to punish us for leaving their club of fools....they will learn a hard and irreversible lesson...we will pay nothing and their edifice will crumble.

The UK will thrive...there is a whole world out there!

Unfortunately, for the citizens of the EU....their unelected beurocrats will retire in comfort...they, themselves, will not!

If there is no good deal, let UK go for quick clean break, and say "sod 'em!"

The trouble with Europe is that it's full of foreigners.......

Roll on a second referendum which has actual details of a split, rather than based on lies.

unfortunately, if a second referendum went the same way, you still wouldn't accept it!
You would say it was based on more lies and misinformation.

So no point, really....:D

First time I've actually agreed with Nige. The rest of the world will mainly want to sell to the UK, not buy. It's senseless to cut off an important trading block. But never mind, it's only jobs.

What jobs are you talking about, exactly....is it cars, motorcycles, ships, planes, machine tools or what exactly will the rest of the world not want to buy?
Are these the UK products the EU buy of us?
I do not think so....in fact it is the reverse....we buy Their cars , machine tools , boats, wines, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuces, cheeses, fish....
Only jobs...what jobs, be specific!
Or is this project Scare, again, this time from linkwater??

Finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals. Cars? what manufacturers are British? Motorcycles? Ships?? apart from the odd row boat what ships have been built. Planes? You mean the European Airbus consortium? So if the UK tells Europe to whistle for the money do you think they'll just accept it?

Your Rose tinted glasses are well worth the money.

You must be wearing welding goggles, linkwater....or donkey blinkers.. :D :D

So the jobs we have to fear losing ,are, according to you, in finance, insurance, pharmaceuticals!!
Big Deal!  :lol
We will make more cars, instead of buying BMW,s, Mercs, Citroens and Fiats, we will buy UK made Nissans, Jags, Toyotas and Vauxhalls....who cares who owns them ...the jobs will be British!
The fishing industry and farming will grow to fill the gap....creating even more jobs.
We are quite capable of building our own ships and planes, railway rolling stock etc, and yes, bicycles and motor bikes!
What are you scared of, linkwater.....the world won't end when we leave the EU...and don't tell me you are worried for the next generation...you just don' want your own comfy little world rocked, do you?
Fear not....our future is brighter than you and other fainthearts believe! :D :D
