Tax - AEAT

Mine is listed as an embargo which is a fine, my accountant thought is was for non payment of tax , but we have today taken in out bank statement showing payment so she is having to phone them up as she hasn’t got a clue, what it is for! So waiting to hear from her, forgot ask wether we should go to our bank and ask for the money to be put back before she sorts it out as we only have until next Friday to do that!
