Pete - you may need to rescan your receiver, BT Sports have changed frequencies a few times, could just be that.

Scipio - Don't understand why you would have poor picture quality when is a satellite picture (standard definition), which is as good as an SD picture gets?? Picture quality, should be quite good - unless you are using a different service such as Kodi streaming (where quality streaming wise can vary considerably).

Nottsman - It can only be one of two things - internet or the service itself. If the internet upload (not download) is slow, perhaps over 100 or so milliseconds, this will cause the brief glitching / stuttering every minute or two, as the box waits for the code just that little bit too long. Or could be the service itself - in which case, see how you get on and if a continual issue, then option of switching to a different provider.

Usual standard answer is to advise to reboot both box and router (mains on and off) as sometime re-establishing the connection can help - though ultimately if issue with service supplier - be it the internet or the TV, so either of these may need reviewing in the future - whether to see if you can get a better / faster internet or a different (not card share) type service may work better in your specific application.
