Yes, in theory.

As long as TV has analogue tuner option to scan, then in theory should pick up the loop output. I'd check by moving the TV to the lounge and running a patch cable to be sure.

It depends on the specs of your TV.if you have WiFi or Bluetooth on them. You can connect with out cable. If you have a hifi reciver you can connect with that way. Is your place wired for internet in each room .
I use a vusolo 2 sat box .j

I think the loop connection is justbto send the signal from the Sat dish to another sat decoder.

Do you mean that if I have another sat box with the other TV And use the loop connection I would be able to watch a different program to what is being show by the sat box connected to the LNB? If so would the coaxial cable coming out of the loop on the box connected to the LNB be connected to the loop or the LNB on the second sat box?

No- It is an old analogue, already decoded output designed to be scanned in on another TV - you do not need another satellite receiver. I'm not sure about the bluetooth / wifi comment as unless using some hyper enigma box and a little home programming - I believe that is going off on a tangent a little  I've yet to see a satellite receiver that out of the box can bluetooth or wifi its signal to any TV around the house. I see nothing generally offered for sale, so not convinced is possible, though with home programming - maybe, but readily available out of the box for consumers, no.

If you have (i'm guessing) a fairly old satellite receiver with a loop out, you simply need to connect a second television, scan that is and chances are it will work.

Alternatively, the proper way to do the job, is a second cable feed from the dish into another receiver or TV with DVBS tuner, to give you TV in another room. Independent of the other box, so can watch different channels in different rooms. You would, of course, need a spare port on your LNB for this, or to exchange for one that had additional port/s.
