Europa network

Good morning, We just wondered if anyone else is having trouble with Europa network , our phone has not been working since Thursday and on Saturday our WiFi stopped working, can’t get through to them on my mobile their number is permanently engaged.

I understand that Europa are a subcontractor and do not supply any services themselves. I don't know about fixed phone or ADSL but I know their mobile service is supplied by Mas Movil.

We gave up on them last month after empty promises of boosting WiFi. Got a much better deal from Movistar; WiFi, 2 x mobiles, landline, Spanish tv and calls to UK for €55 a month.
