Mobile phone calls

Why when trying to make a call is number not assigned to a client??

When i try calling a spaish number mob or landline it says this number bas not yet been assigned to a client

You are ringing the wrong number ?

If you are using a UK mobile phone, try putting 0034 in front of the number you are dialling.
