Mobile Phone Number Porting

Europa are pulling the plug on my mobile phone package and I desperately need to keep my Mobile number but the Porting keeps being rejected. I have supplied NIE, Passport details, Invoices, and a reference number but still nothing. Can anyone tell me what info I am missing please ?

Sounds daft but have you renewed your passport since originally signing up for this number as this is what happened to us a couple years back
