Problems with Netflix?

Is anyone else having problems with Netflix over the past few days? It has been working perfectly for the last 6 months then suddenly started telling me my Internet connection was not working, despite the fact that all other apps and internet services are functioning perfectly. Spent over 2 hours on live chat with a Netflix engineer and still not working!

I had similar issue last week.
I also spent time with Netfix engineer.
Conclusion, reset our two year old Samsung tv, and all now back to normal.

Thanks - our TV is only 6 months old - we tried that and also deactivated and reinstalled the Netflix app - they are trying to tell me we have some "stuck data" :roll:

I think it is something to do with the Samsung TV's - last week had trouble on 2 different Samsung TV's - either not connecting to Neflix (when there is connection) or jumping around / losing resolution - something up with a software change either on Netflix or relating to the TV / TV app - when I switched to Netflix on the PS4, was fine - so likely to be TV app related.

Both Samsungs are also pretty new office TV's, so not an 'old hardware' issue certainly. More like a mess up with a software update somewhere.

If I get a break today, i'll have a play and put an update on this post if I find anything else out.

Seems to have sorted itself out now on 3 Samsung TV's i've seen - not seen a software update on the TV's, so guess issue was at Netflix's end.
