.T.V. Signal

.T.V. Signal

Postby Barnette » Tue Dec 20, 2016 10:47 am

Does anyone have problems with nortons.es satellite T.V.
I had nortons set up my tv reception in May this year at a neighbours recommendation, we both run off the same antenna. This is my holiday home. I have had no signal since Thursday in spite of phone calls and emails to them. Was told be fixed by Monday, but still no signal. I know it may be the weather, but my signal went off before the storm even started. Does anyone else use them. Was previously with torresat, had the occasional glitch, but was soon rectified. Any recommendation gratefully received.

We have had some severe storm conditions since end last week - it is quite possible that water has found its way into somewhere it should not have done (causing shortage or damage) or possibly due to some very high winds, that the dish is out of alignment & a retune will get your signal back.

Nortons may be a little swamped with calls depending on how badly affected their clients are. We had a flurry of calls on Monday morning - though calmed down again today (along with the weather). Few communities with issues due to flooding too.
