Teleast Digital WIFI

Anybody else having similar problems?
My internet access has not been working for a few weeks. I have emailed 4 times but no answer and lost count of the number of times I have tried to telephone them. Just get an answer machine, put on hold then cut off after 45 seconds. It's annoying !

I'm with Teleast (I'm over on La Herrada). Since transferring to fiber earlier this year, had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Super quick and very reliable (touches wood)

Not sure what email address you've tried, here's a couple I've used over the past couple of years

[email protected] (Los Montesinos office - they shut for the afternoon for siesta but it may be quicker visiting them in person - they're usual very quick to respond on the times i've visited their office - on the main road passing through Los Montesinos heading out of town towards the AP7 from "Friends" bar)

Don't forget to mention your client number too.

Thanks foxystoat, I will try a visit to Montesenos. Their office used to be on the right just as you entered the town, last time I went there it had closed. I will see if I can find the one you mention on the way out of town. Thanks for your help.

Thanks again foxystoat. I visited the Montesinos office got great service and the engineer came out the same day. It was a problem with a connection on the dish/antenna. Cheers.
