We are getting a survey done by Telitec on Friday has anyone got them for broadband only. If so what kind of service have you received. Many thanks

You will only get Fibre in some places - Telfy we have at 10Mbps (amonst other internet services) - no option of 90Mbps.

Our technicians also install locally for Telitec and do some maintenance works - service is ok. They offer 4 or 8Mbps service, in areas with no fibre.

We had Telitec when we first bought the house. It was on a month by month basis. My personal experience was that they were not very good, customer service wise. We had a fault on the system and they said they'd ring us back. They didn't and when we rang them they would never answer. Presumably the caller ID showed them who was calling and they didn't want to speak.
When the engineer turned up, about 5 days later, (5 days into a one week visit, which we'd had to pay for a month for) it was a sub-contractor and he shrugged his shoulders, rolled his eyes and went "Telitec", as though "not my fault, it's them". Maybe my experiences weren't the norm, but I wasn't happy with them.

We've had Telitec Broadband for many years, supporting 2 tablets, smartphone, IPTV and laptop, all with a consistently reliable service at 4Mb. The package includes unlimited inclusive telephone calls to the UK, which is an absolute boon for regular calls and chats with the family. We have never had problems getting support on the few occasions it has been needed. At less than 25 Euros, including the calls, you would be hard pressed to find a better value and consistently reliable provider. That said the stream for the IPTV does buffer sometimes later in the evenings, but I have a neighbour who has 10Mb supply from Telfy, and suffers the same problems, which are relatively unavoidable at peak usage times. Also, if you do wish to use an IPTV, make sure you have an Ethernet cable connection to the router, as wireless connections degrade the stream and increase the buffering. Very sorry, my mistake, we have Telecable, not Telitec. But I thoroughly recommend Telecable.
