Hi, the beach from/between Guardemare and La Mata is good for jogging! Quit hard sand and nice view! You also have some nice paths at top of Quesada at the area above/ vest of Golf Marques direction Benjofar.

I started jogging at 40... Would do about 2 miles fairly fast round our estate, before going to work.

After about 6 months one day my left knee gave way climbing stairs to my office.Stopped jogging of course, but developed clicking in the joint and sudden collapsing of knee accompanied by severe pain.
Took 2 years to return to some normality and ending of sudden collapses.

And then...the right knee started to behave exactly the same way!
Took another 2 years for that one to get right!

Now, at 71,I have no knee problems at all...I excercise by gentle stretching and walking...But NO more running for me!
Only so many flexes in a joint is my motto now, so be careful with your jogging ,wear good running shoes, avoid hard surfaces, and don,t overdo it!
