Quesada Swimming

Postby sharm » Sat Apr 16, 2016 10:22 am

I am coming to Rojales on 22 april - but the communal swimming pool doesn't open until June/July. Does anybody know if there is a public swimming pool that would be open locally? Many thanks

Guardamar and Torrevieja have indoor pools.

I have been using the Guardamar swimming bath since January this year and it's an indoor one. Easy to get to and you can park outside pretty easily. It opens from 9am Monday to Saturday and it's pretty quiet in the afternoon around 2pm. The entrance fee is €2.50 but you can buy a season ticket for €30 for 20 sessions and this lasts a year so if you want to go quite frequently, this is more cost effective. It's lane swimming but the lifeguard is usually pretty helpful. You will need to wear a swimming cap in the pool and flip flops around the pool. Hope this helps.
