Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba will be here soon, yaaay!!
Classes at JR's Country Club and Community pool, Los Montesinos start Saturday 2nd June.
You don't need to be able to swim, you'll never be out of your depth, you'll just have a great time dancing in the water to some fabulous music so come and join us at our pool party. It's a great way to exercise!!! Contact me if you'd like any more info x

Hi, My Aqua classes are Saturdays & Mondays, 10am at J.R.'s Country Club in Quesada, and Thursdays at a community pool in Calle Riesgos Levante 2, La Herrada, Los Montesinos, 10.30am (I can give directions if you need them) All classes €5, no need to book, just turn up on the day.
We have a great time, loads of fun, and at J.R.s the ladies & gents often stay behind for a coffee and a chat.

Hi there,
I will still be doing my Aqua classes until 15/10 (weather permitting and it looks like the weather will be kind to us). I also do land classes - on Wednesdays at Sacko's Bar in El Limonar at 10.30am, Fridays at Elite Gym in Quesada at 12.30pm and from 28/10 at Casa Ventura, San Luis on Mondays at 10.30am. Let me know if you'd like any other info.

Angie, hope you are still involved in these classes as I would love to give them a try. I am near San Luis, but whatever you have and the months of the year they are up and running will be lovely to know about. Please let me have the details and what is involved. Thanks.

Hi there,
Unfortunately the classes are no longer running as it was an outside pool so I have to finish for the winter. However I do land based classes, one at Che Loco, El Chapparal, La Siesta on Wednesdays at 10.30am and also at Elite Gym in Quesada on Fridays at 12.30pm.
My friend Anne also has a class at Casa Ventura studio on San Luis on Mondays at 10.30am
FYI for next year, the Aqua classes are Tues/Thurs & Saturdays at 10am at JR's Country Club in Quesada, I usually start around mid-May and finish beg October.

Thanks so much for updated info Angie. I am in agony with aches and pains after several falls, so land may not be good for me....lets see. Will no doubt get to something soon though. Thanks.
