House hunting

How do you arrange viewing property's in different areas. I'm looking to buy at the end of May. I won't have transport, not ready to tackle the traffic just yet. It seems that most agents have their own areas. Any hints and tips would be greatly appreciated.

Most agents share properties and will be only too pleased to ferry you around different areas viewing different properties

I agree with Tootandploot. We got in touch with a couple of estate agents just before we came over to view properties in November last year. They picked us up from our rented accommodation and took us to various properties from Algorfa to La Marina to Torrevieja. The apartment we actually bought was listed with a different estate agency but they just share the commission.

Just find a few properties you would like to see and contact the agents. We chose the ones that got back to us quickly and seemed interested in our custom, and ignored those that didnt bother to reply or who were offhand.

Hope this helps

Hi - we used a company called Sapphire Properties in Quesada, they were fantastic. They put you up in a hotel and collect you from the airport, Pete who showed us the properties was first class and sold us the lifestyle as well as the house.
We are now very good friends with Pete and the owners John and Sue, my opinion but you can't go far wrong with them!

Good Luck

Hi Aboyne
We have our house for sale with Inmobiliaria in Quesada. We bought from them 12 years ago and they are the best, in my opinion. If you want to see my house go to https://www.homes4u.es/qrs-012 and, if you like what you see, book a viewing when you come over. I'm sure they will pick you up and bring you here.
Regards
David

Agree that Sapphire properties go the extra mile to ensure you see the best properties and get the best advice.
