Well good luck for the New Year and the future qfg. I always tell people that you only have one body in this life so look after it, because you won't get a second chance.
Is Brandy good for health and fitness?
Any alcohol is not good for health and fitness.

Look after your broom and your broom will look after you.

All this in-chatter amongst 'friends' from other forums is quite irrelevant but I expect that the Quesada Fitness Gym (QFG) is very happy that they are keeping this topic alive for them.

No matter what forum you belong to, the most handiest thing is the foe`s / ignore list. I have a few on mine on here and it not too difficult to work out who they are.
Although I don`t recall chattering to anyone from another forum that I know of, only qfg.

I thought you were joking previously but now I see you are not. As far as I am concerned I have not taken part in any 'in-chatter' on this thread. That's a fact.
I do know of one person on this thread but there has been no interaction between us.
The comment made about looking after your body genuinely reminded me of the scene with Trigger on OF and H.
I think you are a little twitchy lately but in this case you are barking up the wrong tree.
