Zumba Classes in Quesada

I have been to local Zumba classes - not for the faint hearted!!!:lol:

Hi Sandra,

We have 'Zumba Gold' in our area. My daughter goes to normal Zumba and when she showed me some of the moves and some of the music played I nearly passed out watching it, as it was pretty full-on & fast! She recommended 'Zumba gold' for me. I think they tone it down for the golden girls.

I don't know whether to be flattered or not - because it was "full-on" in my class, too!!

Well, I suppose that when I become a "golden girl" I will have to take it more sedately!!;)

I think you should be flattered Sandra as my daughter 'suggested' "Zumba Gold" to me because she thought that normal Zumba would be too much for me!

The Dojo offers Zumba with Lisa on Fridays at 9.30am.
