Doubt it, the Algar falls are near Benidorm. Fortuna is in Murcia.

Not sure there is a waterfall at Fortuna. There are hot springs and spa baths and it's a bit north of Murcia.
Go up the AP7 to the A7 near Elche and then head south to Murcia. Fortuna is signposted at junction 559 (I think) and head north up the RM423 which takes you to Fortuna and they are signed Los Baños de Fortuna.

It's says on Google that there is a Lake and Nature Park South of Fortuna. When we went that way years ago we only saw the Baths which we thought were disappointing but okay if you want a dip. A neighbour had raved about them.

Looking at maps south of Fortuna, could it be the Humedal del Ajauque y Rambla Salada perhaps?
Its a large area of protected wetlands between Fortuna and the Santomera reservoir.
Never visited there myself, but google 'humedal del ajauque y rambla salada' for lots of information, routes and photos.
