Car Registration

Can anyone tell me if I buy a car in England that has Spanish plates can I keep that registration or will it have to be re-registered when it gets here ? Many thanks

As long as it is still on the Spanish system the reg would stay the same I would advise getting a check don on the car to make sure all is in order if any debts are owed on the car or fines outstanding you would be liable as the new owner, I would get the car checked out at Traffico.
