Change of address on scooter

Hi can anyone help me? We have moved house and now need to change the address on our scooter. We are non resident if that information is any help. Where do we do this and is it easy?
If we sell this scooter in the future how do we change the title of the owner.

If i was you loock at the paper you have and see where its registait.. Maybe its possibly to chance the name on the same paper you give the bayer when he pay you.
You dont pay suma on this?

Thanks for your reply but it is not a name change it is only the address as we have now moved.I know you can go to traffic in alicante but as our Spanish is limited I wondered if there is any other way to do it. I have heard it is free too.

You can do it online on the Traffico website if you use Google Chrome as your web browser it will translate it for you
