Just bought a car from Costa Cars ourselves earlier this month, based on a friend's recommendation. They have been easy & pleasant to deal with and although it is obviously still early days, all seems fine so far.

They were recommended to me by a number of people.
I found them rude, surly and unhelpful.

I bought my car from them. They won't negotiate the price very much, but I was happy, overall. The only thing I had a problem with was that the service, done on the car, prior to sale, hadn't been done by a dealer, so it started flashing that a service was required within about 4 months. I had to pay to get it done again, to keep the warranty valid.

Try Easy Cars which is on the way to Costa Cars coming from Guardamar, all speak English and very good to deal with. Their cars are prepped very well. My 3 year old car that I bought looked as though it had just rolled off the production line when I went to pick it up. Two and a half years on never had a problem with it.
