Roadworks?

Roadworks?

Postby marcliff » Thu Apr 30, 2015 2:08 pm

Slightly chaotic (even more so) in Quesada centre today. The road opposite Don Carlos going past the tobacco and Belgian bakery is closed. There is a barrier half way across the road with a no entry sign on it although cars are still going up there. Then there are cars coming the other way (wrong way up the one way street) but you see the reason when you go around the corner. The road is closed with barriers across before you get to C/Campo Viejo so there is no way to go.
Cars from the houses along there, and the cars that went up the no entry, have to turn around and go back. On the exit into Avda Las Naciones, cars are still trying to turn up the road so it becomes a bit hit and miss on who gives way first.
I don't know if it's for roadworks or whatever as no-one was around when I went along there.

the no entry signs means no entry, the reason the road is half blocked is to let the people who live there out.there is a lot of stupid drivers about.
