FYI
You can apply for a licence to use the ecoparc on Quesada at the municipal building in Quesada. You need a passport or a Spanish driving licence for photo ID. not padron. You are given a slip of paper and told to come back next week for the stamped licence. Checked with the guy at the park and he was happy to accept it.

A recycling centre. The one in Rojales takes garden waste as well as other things. They required a licence because it is paid for by those paying council tax in the Rojales area but was being used by tradesmen from other areas and getting out of control.
