Deeds to property

Hi
Can anyone tell me when you go to the notary & sign for your property does the amount you declare (IE 125.000.00) go on the deeds & also the tax you pay on that amount show up on your deeds ( IE 10% 12500.00)

The price you pay goes on the deeds followed by the amount of taxes followed by the total.
For example, 125.000.00 euro with taxes of 12.500.00 and a total amount payable of 137.500.00 euro.
It will all be written out in words with the numeric value in brackets.
