Please can anyone recommend a reasonable but legal person to provide the above I have been quoted 150 euros for the first and as much as 480 for the second which seems a lot to me, however you may know different!!!!

Try SGM Abogados in Benijofar. Silvia and her team sorted all my paperwork out. Like many others on this forum she is highly reccomended. Good luck

I'll second that.. SGM in Benijófar Main Street organised a guy to come around and do my energy efficiency certificate and renew my habitation certificate. No hassle, cheap price.

Excuse my ignorance, by why do you need to have a habitation certificate renewed? I thought the certificate was issued by the builder on completion.....?

They only last for 5 years but it is accepted for 10 years for connection of water etc after that you need to renew if you sell your property.
