We used Spanish Life when purchasing our property last December. They are in the little row of shops round behind Sabadell. Mark Roscoe is the guy to contact there, very friendly and helpful.

We used Villas Amarillas in Quesada in June, can't recommend them highly enough, they were happy to show us several properties at short notice as we only happened upon them by chance on the last day of our viewing trip - we hadn't found anything after seeing numerous agents and properties.
There was absolutely no pressure to buy and advised us to go home and think about it first, when we decided to put an offer in and it was accepted they held our hand through the whole process and made the purchase so easy and pleasurable.
We were particularly difficult clients as having been ripped off in Lanzarote a few years ago by an estate agent we were very wary, they really do know their stuff and made us feel totally at ease.

Totally agree. Villa Amarillas were excellent when we purchased our property too!

We used Villas Amarillas 2yrs ago and cannot speak highly enough of Kevin, Linda and Matt. Everything was sorted for us for the house sale and transfer. The electric, water and suma all done with no problems. They also got us sorted for our Spanish wills. The purchase went through so smoothly and quickly it was unbelievable- not like buying in the UK

Recommend Sapphire properties just down road from Spanish life next to mulberrys restaurant.

Sapphire are very proactive in getting clients to view properties for sale and the staff are very friendly also they attend property showcases and build a good client repoire and Do their homework on clients requirements on the purchase and also sale of properties.

Try Damon at Casas Manuel in Benihofar, we used them 7 years ago before they became famous, and Damon was brilliant.
