Holiday Licences

Just reading Jan's post earlier re. the requirement for holiday licences.

Our application for a licence went in in July last year. After several calls to the Registro del Servicio offices in Alicante, by the middle of last week it was still "on someone's desk", waiting to be processed.

So - over 6 months on from the original application, and no licence.

Apparently, they had so many applications last year that there's a huge backlog, and they're now asking local town halls to help them out!

Anyone else had a loooooooooong wait for their licence number?!

Hi there. We've had similar issues. No sign of the licence and the application went in at a similar time to yours. Same response from the Alicante office - massive backlog.
