Property in El Raso

Annual fees will depend on the property type and what amenities are in the community. For example, our fees are €350 Community and €350 SUMA.

I've estimated our average costs as follows:

Electricity - €65/month;
Water - €90/quarter;
TV/Internet - €43/m (although we do have a full IPTV package. Communal TV would be around €30/year. Internet alone is €23/m);
Pool maintenance - €40-€50/m (or €0 if you don't have a pool!!);
Gardener - €20/m
Bank charges €24/quarter.

So...that's around €3300 per year.

There'll also be non-residents tax to pay, but that won't be huge.

Blimey! As a holiday home it's going to cost !! The one we are looking to purchase the fees are higher and there is a splash pool ! Hubby couldn't live without his tele so it will all add up ,the problem we have is we are both still working for the next couple of years so won't be there that often , the family will use it but it will be empty for periods too. More questions if we are not there and cover the pool can we leave it until we go over to sort or do we need to have it maintained regularly anyway and the charges you're quoting is that for living there full time ? I presume the utility bills will reflect usage ,is the water fixed? , the electricity is as used. There's a wood burner there for the winter .thank you so much for your help!
