Touristic ( rental) license

Hi Everyone,

Can some one recommend the law firm or any other company that can help to get touristic license? We want to start to rent our property while we are not in Spain.

Hi Lana. We applied for ours ourselves. You can download the form through the link below, it isnt too difficult to fill in. We then took it to Quesada Post Office and they stamped it to verify it and posted it for us. It took about 5 months for the licence to come through. Alternatively you can take the form in person to the Officina de Turismo of the Generalitat Valenciana in Alicante.
There is lots of confusion as to whether you need a licence or not but it is better to be safe than sorry, especially as it doesnt cost anything to get it.
