It's all computerised, if you are registered with a Doctor the information will be at the health centre before you are!!

The blood tests are done on a Thursday morning, you will need an appointment, it's always packed, get there early!

I think they're done on more days than that. My wife's last one was done on Monday. However, still packed and getting there early doesn't really work as they call your name out and give you the sheet to give to the nurse. Doesn't seem any rhyme nor reason as it's definitely not alphabetically and everyone gets there early.

You could be right Marcliff, I don't know how it works, I never get taken at my appointed time, and have seen other people walk in, go right up to the nurses door have a quiet word in the nurses ear and get taken right there and then. No system whatsoever. Over the years I've just learned to be patient and wait till my name is called. :|

My husband is forever having blood tests. They are done on a Tues and Thursday at 8 am but you need to make an appointment first. If they cannot fit you in before the doctor at the hospital wants the results you can just turn up at the hospital blood testing place anytime/day (Mon to Fri) before 2pm. Better waiting till mid morning because it is packed at 8am there :)

Go to local doctors, show paper from hospital to reception, they will give you appointment with nurse. You cannot just turn up with the hospital paperwork.
