Is there anywhere I can buy Deep Heat heat rub or a good Spanish equivalent

make your own , chop some chillies mix together with olive oil and rub in you adjust the heat bye the amount of chillies you use ,

And don´t forget to wash your hands after using it..

I know an elderly gentleman who used a ton of Deep Heat... then went to the toilet without washing his hands....

I use Voltaren Emulgel get it from most Pharmicas

Hi. Fisiocrem is amazing. It has helped me a lot with muscle problems. There's no long-lasting smell with it either. You can buy it over the counter at Mejórate Clinica, Via Augusta, No 42, 03187, Los Montesinos. Hope this helps.

I bought radio salil from chemist opposite gama
It smells the same as deep heat and probably better

I tried all the above alternatives but I can't agree they are better than deep heat. I get it brought out to me by friends and family.

That's surprising as the ingredients in Radio Salil cream are the same as Deep Heat apart from 1.4% turpentine oil. Maybe just rub some turps in.

"Reflex" - you can get it from any pharmacy. It is in spray form and works wonders!
