Good morning,
Telecable have just opened a new office down by the Arches (opposite Mas&Mas), and have some great offers for FIBRE, phones, and TV packages.
They also have a special 'ON HOLD' bonus, where you can carry on paying a minium fee whilst you are away, without having to cancel your contract.

Feel welcome to contact me for more information.
Take care,
Jess :)

Let's hope the customer service is better than the San Luis office who were usually rude or didn't want to know.
We changed over to Connect Fibra who always put a notice on the screen if they are doing any work and the 2 girls in the office couldn't be more helpful.

Thank you for your message.

On behalf of Telecable, I would like to apologize for the past troubles and negative experience that you had with our customer service agent in our San Luis office.

For the past year we have been working hard on training our new teams and improving our customer service throughout all of our company offices, to ensure that these rare situations are handled in a friendly and professional manner.

We would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to futher better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process .

Once again, we are sorry for the inconveniences we have caused you and we hope to offer you better services in future. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly, as I will be very happy to assist you personally with anything you need.

Nice reply Jess. I have been with Telecable many years and would just like to say that the staff at San Luis have been very helpful when I have been, but as now your new office is nearer to me I will be calling in there should the need be. Keep up the good work. :)

I’ve been with Telecable since 2015 and always found their staff at San Luis to be courteous, friendly, helpful and very efficient whenever I’ve been in contact with them.

I’ll certainly be staying with Telecable when I can get fibre in my area.
