buying property

hi there looking to buy property around algofa area, agents have sent me details of montemar lovely property and well priced ,but i have no idea about this place if anybody could give me some feed back would be a great help. we are planning to visit before we buy.

Montemar is a nice area but there were some issues with some off the apartments there and habitation certificates, but I think it was only the apartments, so if it's a townhouse or villa you're looking at then it should be ok.
I asked my friends at ProhomeSpain and they said it's a good area to look at. They also have a townhouse in the centre of Algorfa which might be of interest. I don't know the reference or anything but if you look at their website you should see it. Vincent real estate also in Benijofar sometimes have some things in Algorfa, so maybe worth asking them too.
