Talk Quesada Newbie

Hi, I've watched with great interest for some time your forum and must say it is very informative and at times vert entertaining! I thought it's time to join as I'm selling my villa in Quesada. I have it with one agent who is a friend of mine but would welcome any advice from here. Thanks in advance

Haven't you done this back to front Stepal, normally you join in when you are coming in to a community not going out

I'm not going. Just changing address. I'm going to build a bigger house on a plot I own and have to sell my current villa to fund the build. I was looking for some more helpful comments to be honest!
