I’ve found one in Ikea but it’s a bit short, only 2.30 metres. Need one about 3.50 metres

Hi Angela
I can't quite tell from the photo - is it on a roll to buy whichever length you want?
Must admit I was on the sunbed this afternoon looking up at the umbrella and musing away wondering if I could get a net to go over the umbrella (much the same as over a bed) to step a pesky fly annoying me! Then I saw this post - its obviously meant to be!!

Pesky flies!
To be honest I didn't take much notice of the spec, we were buying some mosquito nets for our windows and I happen to see this, then remembered your post so thought I would take a quick pic.
To find them they are in the same area as the normal mosquito nets in Leroy Merlin.

Hi elliemayc. That’s exactly why I posted. To cover my parasol cos of fly’s. Unfortunately the distance to the ground is over 3 metres (from the crown) and the ones I’ve seen (In ikea) are only 2.30 metres long so, so 1 metre in which pesky flyers can sneak under. This picture says 2.5 metres so getting close. I might try it and see what occurs.

Why not buy 2 nets and add them together to make a long one. Hand stitch them together then cut off what you do not need.
