Catering staff required for a brand new restaurant in the Alicante region. We are based just outside Algorfa on the La Finca Golf resort .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced wine /bar person /Commis Chef/ kitchen assistant/ kitchen porter to join the team at this exciting new, dining destination.
As Commis Chef/ kitchen assistant you would be able to exercise your flair, creativity and passion for good food.
What we need from you:
Relevant experience/Good organisation/communication skills
The desire and determination to help take the business to a higher level
Good hygiene awareness and be able to manage consistency
To be able to provide your own transport

Hi Catherine
I am presently employed as a second chef in a 52 cover restaurant,we average 121 people per night, a LA carte.Because there are only two of us in the kitchen,I also do the kp work.I have been at the same restaurant for 9 years.
What hours are the contract you offer?
How many covers have you got?
How many days will you be open?
What is the starting hourly rate?
