Is there a service in the Quesada area that delivers bottles of drinking water to residential properties on a regular basis?

I was asking more as a business perspective, is the water filtration quite common for residents here then?

The water in Quesada is perfectly safe and very good although it can taste a bit different to what we are used to. It is also a bit harder than most areas in UK. A simple carbon filter fitted between the meter and the house will take the slightly bitter taste away as well as softening the water which reduces the furry build up in kettles, washing machines and boilers plus the soap scum.
It would cost about 120 euro to fit initially with a couple of extra bits of piping and valves and then about 12 euro a year to replace the filter. Saves lugging water back from the supermarket as well.

Sorry, the chap who fitted mine has now left Spain. I just change the filter once a year. Any plumber should be able to do it, it's just a case of fitting one piece of pipe from the mains to a bracket and then once piece of pipe from the bracket to the meter. The filter goes in the bracket and the kits are available from any Brico (we get ours from the one on the right going in to Los Montesinos).

Thanks folks, I will look into both suggestions. Getting too old to lift heavy bottles in and out of a shopping trolly.
