Lost my IPhone 4 between Doña Pepe and Quesada

please if anyone finds an IPhone 4 in a black flip case can they contact me. There will be a reward. I think it may have dropped from my bag when we parked car near The bank in Doña Pepe or at the top of Quesada shopping area. We have tried ringing it without any success.
