Sir, my house is pretty secure, we have a modern alarm system which appears to have been by passed, the point of entry is about 25ft above the ground, & not an easy access, even the police were amazed how they got up there, I have grills,locks on the windows & lockable shutters, camera, scenors, what more can one do ..

It seems that your house is pretty secure except for the point of entry. Most people would assume that their house was safe on the second level. See pm for some other thoughts.

Hi saffron i am assuming your window where entry was gained did not have a sensor on it?
If in fact that is the case it is very worrying that a burglar would know that, have u had any work done recently?
