Yes, there is Rojales Neighbourhood Watch run by Helen Tudor

They are always looking for new members and coordinators..

So a guy asks, on a Quesada Forum, for a local Neighbourhood Watch..

... then gets shirty because he gets information about Quesada Neighbourhood Watch.... and he does mot even live there....
