Annoying pop ups.

Are we all receiving the annoying pop ups that arrow up from the bottom of the page?
Can they be blocked?

If you are using Google Chrome, go into customise (top right with three dots)
Click to open and go down to settings. Scroll down to the bottom and click advanced settings.
Under Privacy select Content Settings
Scroll down to Pop up and select Do not allow any sites to show pop ups.
Finish

I haven't had pop ups for years on any website . Didnt know they still existed LOL
Once customised you never see them again.
