Electronic Cigarettes

Glyn and Jan know of my exploits with the abandoning of the dreaded weed and how I have now survived on ECigarettes for 20 days.

To that end. If any of you need advice in using these or buying them, please do not hesitate to ask. I am getting some literature from a supplier solely for showing off at work etc and have been assured there is no problem shipping to Spain.

Thanks Glyn but as you know I stopped smoking 5 years ago and I'm glad to say that apart from putting about 3 stone on I feel fine without and I don't know where the mony saved has gone. I'll ask "her indoors".

Well done with the 'giving up' Glyn. I was a social smoker (no such thing these days !) but gave up 25 years ago. I found the difficult part was going out for a drink and not having a ciggie. Luckily I was pregnant with my first. so it was easier for the first 9 months as I didn't drink alcohol, which was always my precursor to a smoke. You don't have that incentive (unless there's something you're not telling us ), so it must be harder. However, we didn't have electronic cigarettes which must help.

Have you seen them in the markets in Spain? They might be cheaper there.

Bought a market one, when I was fearing running out of EJuice - it was cheap yes and ghastly. I have taken the slightly expensive but time proven approach, with something that is the size of a small stick of rock. Wish I had discovered these many years ago.
