Friday 13th

That is, all those of you living in UK. Here in Spain it is just a normal day. It is Tuesday 13th that is considered unlucky here and not Friday.

dolores wrote:Friday the 13th all quiet , but Monday this week just to give you all a laugh this is what happened to me. Monday morning sun shining great I will go for a walk by the beach today . Went out to my car saw a note under the wiper saying "Sorry about the wheel and tyre " please ring this number , tyre slashed and wheel buckled , anyway rang the number and they came with a tyre company . I was impressed with their honesty so did not get angry, when they were leaving with the wheel I happened to say , well Monday has started with a vengeance it is usually in 3's so just 2 to go . 20 mins later I heard a bang and the Ambulance going to a neighbour hit my car and ripped off the front , I could not believe it so burst out laughing while the neighbours looked on shocked , the expression on the tyre people when they came back was hilarious, the third thing happened when I spilt a drink over one of my friends on Tuesday sigh of relief on my part , now keeping my head down , total cost of all that damage £3000!!!, still laughing, you could not make this up!!
