Has anyone tried Rock Tape plaster for joints pain?

Has anyone tried RockTape...a plaster that can be used on joints for pain relief? Used by athletes.
I would like to know what kind of results were experienced and what you thought of the product if you have tried it.

Hi have you tried Glucosamine Powder ? this is a natural health powder (google it), since we have joint pains we started taking Glucosamine powder which you mix with water, however its doesn't taste very nice, so I now mix it with a small glass of effervescent vitamin tablet (from Aldi) and its works wonders. The recommended daily dose is 3/4 tea spoon, we started off with 1/4 for a month, then 1/2 the following and now on full recommended dose, this was just in case be had a bad reaction to it, as I'm very allergic to most medications. We have taken this for 2-years now and its become a morning routine.
The powder is expensive compared to the tablets but its more efficient and we purchase ours from Holland & Barrett (UK), and get it delivered here - look out for their special offers. It takes time to get it into your system - results in 2-3 months.
