The police cannot act unless they see them actually breaking in. The police can only remove them once the "usurpation" order has been issued.
I believe it's the same in UK and they call it an interim possession order if you report it within 28 days or a claim for possession if it's been over 28 days or damage has occurred.


But this will be for the owners to do surely, not any old concerned neighbour. This house has never been
purchased from when it was first built & is probably still with someone like Euro Anglosur.
