dogs dirt

I recently moved to live in Lo Pepin in Quesada and I have noticed quite a few large dog owners taking their beloved pets for a morning walk between 8.30 - 9.30 on a morning and I watch them allowing their dogs to run - lead free - turning a blind eye to the fact that they are crapping - where and whenever they want to ( no fault of the dog) but I am watching you, and taking photos! and will be submitting them to the town hall in Quesada and the Guardia. You are breaking the LAW! I am a dog lover and if you have a dog .....be a responsible dog owner. I have seen ....a young lady pushing a pushchair and walking a white/ honey Labrador and also a man walking a black and white large size dog ...both guilty, (and you know who you are!) you are in full view and will be photographed and reported...it’s only a matter of time. PICK YOUR DOG MESS UP, AND PUT IT IN THE BIN....takes only a minute. And lets keep Lo Pepin, Quesada CLEAN!! We’ve had enough of CRAP!
