Hi,
I am looking for an apartment in the area, I’ll be moving over on my own and my wife joining me in January, . We are looking for anything that 400€ inc bills will get us! something as close as possible to local amenities would be great. I am flying over on the 2/11 and have work covered for at least 6 months so ideally want a place that covers this period, if anyone can help that would be really appreciated!

I think you will find the normal rental does not include bills it is usually plus bills.
