Long term/Winter let

Hi there!

We are a family of four. Eric, 40 years, working as a property developer. Emma, 39 years, architect and interior designer. Todd 5 years and Minou 4 years.

We have recently moved back (to Sweden) from living in Florida for the past 5 years, due to work. We are now looking for a long term rental so that we can escape the cold and the darkness for long weekends or longer. We will still be working in Sweden, so therefore we are looking for something that is not too far to get to.

We are open to renting anywhere from 3-12 months or longer.

We want a minimum of 2 bedrooms. A/C and heating in all rooms. We would love if the complex had an indoor heated pool, spa and or sauna.

We are open to any area on the Costa Blanca, but would prefer maximum an hours drive from Alicante airport.
