still seeking long term rental villa

Postby Juanitacasita » Sat Jan 28, 2017 3:20 am

Our arrival date in Spain is ever closer, less than three weeks, Whoopee..! We have had no luck yet finding a villa to rent, so have rented a small apartment while we look around.

(Original post 7/11/16)

Just a reminder should anybody know of anyone looking for long term tenants, from the 15th Feb. or if there are any new members who did not see our original post.

Non smokers no pets.

Looking for a villa with a private pool if possible.

Hasta pronto..!

We have been looking and not much around with own pool. Happily found in dona Pepe. Have you tried Alicante lettings and sapphire properties. Both have been excellent and helpful. Avoid those who want a finders fee. Sapphire had 2 with pools last week around 700 795. That's what you will have to pay . We had to pay more but it's lovely.

Thanks for your reply, we have been speaking to Sapphire, one of those you mentioned has gone now, we are hoping to view the one at €795. The only snag is it is only part furnished. We reckon that we could likely find some second hand furniture though. We haven't tried seen Alicante lettings though, so that is a good lead thank you..!

Glad you have found something and hope you are enjoying your new home..! I need to work on my husband if we need to dig deeper for the rent
